Our client is looking to hire for an operations manager, ideally you should be a tier-1 college engineering graduate.

Description

Reporting into the Plant head, you will be responsible for-

Complying with all statutory requirements (DISH, MSEB, MPCB, MIDC, etc) & Safety policies and instigate work practices which results in a Safe & Healthy workplacemaintaining effective shop floor discipline and to achieve the best results from the available resources and machinery to ensure optimum availability, minimal downtime, maximum efficiency and maximum capacity utilisationensuring that the manufacturing facility achieves its production targets as per rolling plan and dispatch schedules as per laid down quality specificationsformulating & implement the preventive maintenance program and ensure any breakdown are attended to promptlyidentifying benchmarks for various manufacturing activities and implement steps and processes to take our processes to those benchmarks

Profile

An ideal candidate should be an engineer (preferably mechanical or production) with 10+ years of experience in food/FMCG industry.He/She should be experienced in production and manufacturing excellence.He/She should be managing a team in their current role. You should have strong stakeholder management skills and would possess strong vision towards growth and profitability of the business. You should have hands on experience in managing a team and have impeccable communication skills
